LONDON'S NUMBER 1 FREESTYLE EVENT RETURNS AUG 5
Our immersive cypher event, Rise of the MC returns to the home of UK Hip Hop, Chip Shop Brixton on Aug 5th.
Since November 2018, Rise of the MC has been London's go to platform for hungry MCs who want to freestyle. Our open door policy for MCs, had hundreds of rappers bless the mic over 25+ events and had performances from artists like DJ Maseo (De La Soul), Shumba Youth & Eerf Evil over the years.
Thursday Aug 5 marks our return after an 18 month hiatus and we are coming back bigger than ever, with a special guest TBA shortly.
This event will have a cypher open to all MCs and vocalists for the last hour+ and will be hosted by Isaac B and DJ Calaida
